The land is hilly and forested, but there are a number of flat places where pads can be developed and built upon. Dark Canyon Road splits the acreage. The road crosses a small section of government owned land just before it ends in a boat ramp at Lake Oroville. The acreage is very private. Small homes dot the area, but most of them cannot be seen from this property.
